Terri talks about the complexities of acquiring land in the city, such as navigating the various government agencies for land transfer; how the organization was founded and reaches out to the community (including a Facebook page). She also talks about the desire to grow the outreach and involvement of urban land trusts within the greater land trust community, and about their value, which cannot be measured in acres.
